February 04, 2025 – the last day of reporting Vancouver Empty Home Tax (VEHT)
February 28, 2025 – the last day of RRSP contribution for claiming in T1 2024 tax returns
March 31, 2025 – the last day of reporting BC Provincial Speculation and Vacancy Tax (BCSVT)
April 30, 2025 – the last date of filing personal income tax and benefit returns for 2024 (including reporting foreign assets and foreign affiliations)
April 30, 2025 – the last day of filing Canada Underused Housing Tax return for the year of 2024 (UHT)

Lynda holds a Master of Businesses of Administration from Laurentian University. Lynda has an extensive experience of accounting through her past employments in public practice, hotel management, biomedical manufacturing industry and international trade since 1992. Furthermore, Lynda is committed herself in service of the local community. She was involved in the Volunteer Tax Return Program for Canada Revenue Agency.
